EHES Ltd. have successfully executed and delivered an over dimensional 3D assembled (ODC) project cargo for M/s Zeeco (site: LNG project in Canada) The EHES team accepted the challenge to deliver mission critical flare system part package to M/s Zeeco, which comprised complete Derrick Structure of weight 1660 MT & their associated items in fully 3D assembled condition, which were delivered through Hazira Port.
The ODC structure consisted of 122m Derrick Structure for Vapor Flare [6 + 1 sections] and 60m Liquid Flare [3 sections]. It also included Steel Support Legs, Frames for Shipment assembly and modularisation in sections, ladders, platforms and stair towers and piping supports. In fact, the stair towers were designed such that they were shipped in an assembled form to the greatest extent possible.
Modularisation at the port were in horizontal sections, so that Vapor Flare modules could easily be rotated to Horizontal position during erection.
